1. Information We Collect & Personal Cloud Storage
Habits is designed to work offline on your device without requiring an account with us. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our own servers.
To ensure you never lose your progress, Habits supports private backup and sync via your own personal Apple iCloud (on iOS) or Google Drive (on Android), as well as local file Export/Import. Your cloud backups live inside your personal iCloud or Google Drive account and cannot be accessed by us.
We do NOT collect: your name, your email, your habits, usage analytics, device identifiers, location data, health data, contacts, or payment information.
2. Free Version, 3-Day Free Trial & Purchases
Habits offers a free version plus optional Pro features (including a 3-day free trial, weekly, annual, and one-time lifetime options) through Apple App Store and Google Play In-App Purchases. All payment processing and trial management are handled securely by Apple and Google. We do not receive or store any payment information.
3. Third-Party Services
The mobile app does not use third-party advertising SDKs or behavioral tracking tools. Backup services (iCloud and Google Drive) are governed by your personal Apple and Google accounts.
4. Notifications
If you enable reminders, Habits uses local notifications delivered directly by your device. No data is shared or uploaded anywhere.
